How to heal after Miscarriage


Your grief can be treated. And the sooner you get started - the better. Grief creates trauma to the body and the longer the grief is allowed in the body - the deeper it will manifest. This can result in both mental and and psychical imbalances such as fatigue, dizziness and tinnitus. Untreated, the physical imbalances can develop into unconscious tics, cramps, muscle aches and it will all continue if you decide to ignore it.

We all react differently to our traumas and therefore it can be a great help to get an outsider to look more objectively on your situation. And get some professional advice and help. 

Remember to accept your grief, process your grief and forgive yourself and your loved ones. 

Meditate for yourself, be in yourself and feel yourself.

Please keep in mind that it is not wrong to ask for help. 

These are the most important things you can do in this situation.


Sometimes the best (and only) thing you can do is reach out and accept help.
